Great location - walkable to the centre and only 7 or 8 mins to the Metro.
The apartment was warm, light and airy. Very comfortable and spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. It is close to the M3 metro station which can be used to get anywhere. It is also very close to the supermarket. Check-in is easy with the code to the building and apartment itself. The instructions are received very on time. When we have questions, the support team replies fast with clear instructions. It is good value for money.
There is a slightly muddy smell, properly from the garbage container downstairs via the side staircase. When taking a shower, water is out to the floor which is a bit annoying.

Great location, close to a lot of great restaurants. Isoteket across the street had amazing ice cream. The grocery store was only a block away. And it was close to both bus stops and metro stops, which made transit around the city super easy. Despite being in a busy neighborhood, the nights were quiet and peaceful. Our stay was excellent!
We weren't able to get clothes to dry in the drier. We were able to make do with a clothes line.

The living room and the location. Also, I had to call to get the check in details and the person on the phone was very quick to help. The location is really good as it is close to the main CPH attractions.
Cleanliness is not good, lots of hair in the carpet, dirty dishes in the diswasher when we arrived, the shower curtain support is not properly installed. The main disappointment was the unpleasant smell of the bed linen, pillows and cushions. They smelled of humidity. General cleanliness of the building could definitely be improved.
