The house and the owner was respectful

Keys were hard to find. Instructions were really bad. Owner of the property called me before I arrived on the day and was rude and aggressive. He demanded I send him a copy of my ID or he wouldn’t give us the key code for the lock box. I explained it was already past check in time, that I had not been asked for an ID before and would not be sending a copy over. I was also driving on the motorway so couldn’t send anything if I wanted to. When I refused his demands he got more rude and aggressive on the phone.
I still have no idea why he needed my ID as I have never done this before, and why he was so vile about it.
The room was paid for and I had all the confirmation information, I did not give my ID.
Do not book with this person!

Lockboxes are not clear where they are
Lockboxes are attached to a flimsy fence opposite when you finally find them.
Road for parking is very dangerous and hazardous
