- Keine Informationen vor der Anreise bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe, auf Grund von Netzproblemen auf unseren Handys (Roaming ausserhalb der EU) hat es anderhtalb Stunden gedauert bis wir Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber aufgenommen hatten und eine Info bezüglich des Schlüssel hatten. Eine Info im Vorfeld und eine Beschliderung an der Wohnung wären sinnvoll gewesen
- Am ersten Tag funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Erst nach Rücksprache konnte das Problem behoben werden. Danach lief es gut und schnell.
- In einem der beiden Badezimmer funktionierte der Wasserboilder nicht sodass wir nur kaltes Wasser hatten

The host (and mom) were so nice, cordial and helpful. The place was just as advertised and great access to train station
The small bathroom is small, so use the big bathroom for bathing!

We were a family of 3 staying at the property:
- we were told on arrival that credit card facilities were not a available and they only take cash.
- 6 flights of stairs with no lift (was difficult for my 82 yr old father).
- Couldn’t get in touch with owner to initially get access to the property because there was an incorrect number listed in booking.com which was confirmed by owner as their old number.
- parking was difficult and not easily accessible.
- 1 out of two bathrooms worked (as hot water for one was broken).
- 1 out of two TVs were broken.
- unable to use the kitchen due to lack of power & no hot water.
- bathroom door didn’t shut.
- suggestion to have curtains or window coverings in the bedrooms and bathroom for privacy.
