The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Quarter which has amazing great value restaurants & a great city feel, fantastic shops down Via Toledo. The beautiful harbour is only about a 20 minute walk & the little balcony at the apartment was lovely to sit out on :) The Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely bonus & there was milk & water in the fridge when we arrived & Olive oil !! The kitchen was well equipped except theree were no sharp knives to cut bread etc & no tea towels or kitchen towel to use although we improvised. The apartment is extremely spacious.
Although we knew the apartment was on the third floor it was 55 steps to reach it which became a little difficult towards the end of the holiday. Also the bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable, we tried to put blankets underneath the bottom sheet to make it softer but it didnt really work. Our backs suffered :(

La localización y lo espacioso que era
Los colchones, el de la cama de matrimonio era como una roca de duro y el de los sofás dormías literalmente en el somier…
El desayuno incluido no es cierto, te dejan el primer día un paquete de leche y 2 paquetes de bollería industrial…tuvimos que desayunar fuera cada día…

Appartamento molto pulito e host sempre disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino ai quartieri spagnoli e alla fermata della metropolitana
Avevo prenotato perché era indicata la presenza di una camera singola ma in realtà non c'è: per fortuna c'erano a disposizione due divani letto in soggiorno.

in se per se grande … è comoda … posizione MOLTO MOLTO COMODA davanti la fermata metro toledo ! si esce dalla metro e davanti si trova la salita per arrivare all’ appartamento ! perciò posizione ottimale per tutto e si ha tutto sia sotto che intorno !
necessità di una porta della camera da letto per me essenziale ! poi ci sono alcune cose da rivedere a parer mio ! letto matrimoniale comodo mentre il divano letto un po meno !
