The apartment was centrally located in the historic district of Sulmona. It was spacious, had good light and had very hot water with good shower pressure. The best aspect of this apartment is the host, Gianni! He is the kindest man in Italy. From the time knew we were arriving he got us set up with a lunch reservation only a few minutes walk from the apartment. He was always helping us navigate what to do in Sulmona and where to eat. Gianni is the host with the most!
The tv did not work properly but we did not need to watch tv because we were so busy exploring.

Gianni est un hôte formidable, sympathique, très réactif avec de bon conseils. Le logement est situé au cœur de la ville de Sulmona, dans un bel immeuble plein de charme. Pour l'anecdote, chaque matin nous etions accueillis dans l'escalier par de bonnes odeurs de cuisine, en plus du chant des hirondelles voisines. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé ( gels douche, shampoings, produits menagers mais aussi les bases pour cuisiner tels que l'huile d'olive...ou encore des livres et des jeuxs de société).
On ne peut pas circuler dans la vielle ville en voiture mais il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement aux alentours et même des petits parkings gratuits que Gianni ne manquerai pas de vous conseiller !
