Property was renovated and looked luxurious. Bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable. Linen and blankets provided. Door was exceptionally strong and you will be safe in the room.
No reception in the building.
Small cockroaches everywhere, especially in the kitchen cabinets.
Building was gloomy, scary and lift was not fit for purpose. Sometimes did not work when called. Very tiny. No way to communicate with anyone in the building if the lift were to shut down while going to different floors.
Armour Door was too difficult to open.
No internet facility. The owner tried to provide the way to get the wifi connection, however this still did not work.

Please don't pay attention to the stairs and elevator: it's is pretty much in the parisian standards for buildings of this age.
The kitchen could use a bit more ustensiles for cooking, and please provide soap for the dishwasher and washer
