La proximité des commerces vêtements, maquillage etc.. , du Carrefour pour les courses, le cinéma, le magasin Action etc....Pharmacie et lavomatic près du Carrefour. Le château incroyable à faire au moins on se fait une idée du vrai château, autour crêperies, bar,et le ptit train pour ceux qu ils veulent faire le tour extérieur. Vraiment un studio bien placé, malgré travaux de rénovation autour ,quartier calme ,bus à proximité également. Qualité prix vu confort, et bien équipé et une excellente literie. Le propriétaire a votre écoute et réactif si besoin,aimable et sympathique .Je recommande vivement.
Pour 2 impeccable mais malgré très grands placards faudrait en garder un pour affaires de ménage , fer a repasser, etc.. .et l autre le mettre comme dressing.
A part cela,
Côté pratique les valises que l on glisse sous le lit qui prennent moins de place, bne idée.
Studio charmant et confortable
Sinon j aime que les WC soit à part de la s de bain mais ça c est mon goût personnel car si qqlqu un dans douche et si besoin urgent voilà mais c est partout pareil ,rien à redire propreté nickel. Le propriétaire fait au plus pratique et vis à vis de la grandeur des lieux. Voilà une gentille ptite s de bain fonctionnelle.

Next to a construction site, so it gets very dusty but of course that will finish eventually.

De prijs!
Ligging was heel slecht: doodlopend steegje aan een onverharde weg met kuilen en er werd aan de overkant gebouwd (geen overlast daarvan gehad). Geen winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Tot slot: er was weinig opbergruimte voor de koffers, omdat het appartement nogal krap was.
