Outside the house, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy mountain views either while gathered around the fire-pit in the yard, sitting on the private deck, or nestled on the covered screened porch - the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises, prepare a meal on the stainless grill and dine alfresco with your loved ones, or stargaze while you share stories and memories. Inside, you will find an open floor plan, designer decor, cook’s kitchen, restful bedrooms, game spaces, photo-ops galore, fast whole-house WiFi, and all with high-end touches throughout, even an EV charger. This home is ideal for groups - gather with multiple generations of family or with your friends. We love hosting wedding guests. Here you will be minutes from so many area offerings: cute small town fun, AVL airport, the Biltmore, Blue Ridge Pkwy, the Omni, hiking, tubing, biking, waterfalls, breweries, wineries, shopping & fine dining. You can do it all with Feliz Del Monte as your homebase. Drive in on all paved roads; the house is 2WD accessible except in rare ice. Come and Enjoy!

LIVING ROOM is designed for entertainment on rainy days and cozy nights: Board games; Card games; Google TV with apps; 2.1 Dolby surround system; Wii game system and games.
GAMEROOM has air hockey, Galaga arcade game, darts, mini electronic basketball, and corn hole.

Standard 2WD cars can easily drive to Feliz Del Monte on paved roads except when under icy or snowy conditions. During these rare times, 4WD or AWD may be needed. Use caution.
The driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Please never block the shared roadway or the neighbor’s drive.
The house is equipped for short term or even long term stays and accommodates up to nine guests. Discounts offered for week plus stays.
Quick note about bugs. The home is located in a rural area and although we have regularly scheduled pest control; still, nature has a way. You may come across ladybugs and various flying stingers. Please use the provided broom and insect spray if needed. No refunds will be issued for nature encounters.

We had a wonderful stay at Feliz del Monte!!! Michelle was quick to respond to messages both before and after we booked. The house is amazing and had everything our group of 9 needed! We had a mixture of adults, teens, and kids with plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean and well stocked with not just the basics but extras too like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, and dishes plus items like a coffee grinder and crockpot which both came in handy! Each bedroom had multiple hooks for towels or coats. It was little things like these that make this house exceptional. In terms of location, it was easy to get to everything we wanted to visit. One day part of our group went snow tubing about 15 mins away while others went to the grocery store only 8 mins away. The next day some of us went skiing at Hatley Pointe and others went to Asheville, both about 20 mins away. I can't say enough amazing things about Feliz del Monte. We look forward to visiting again!
