The very fashionable pedestrian Via Fillungo is just a few minutes away, where you can walk overlooked by churches and monuments like the famous clock tower.After having lost yourself among the narrow streets of the city centre, wrapped in history and past charm, there’s no better way to unwind your frenetic days than to lay down on a comfy sofa of the bright sitting room. A full-length glass door leads you onto the outdoor terrace, ideal for open-air meals overlooking the city roofs, or for tasting a good glass of wine in the evening.You're spoilt for choice when you look at neighbourhood's restaurants and from each direction you will reach any grocery, bakery, train station, bus terminal and safe parking within a few minutes on foot.Located on the third floor (without elevator) of a typical Lucca building, the apartment is practical yet comfortable, so it suits any length of stay.LAYOUTEntrance, laundry area, living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining, terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

the flat is wonderfully centrally located and really spacious. the furnishings are very stylish and beautiful. We felt so comfortable and at home. Thanks!! there´s nothing missing. If, than perhaps two new pots an a pasta strainer ... but that´s not a real problem )

The apartment was fantastic - more spacious than it looks on the photos. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool. The terrace was lovely, and we were within 10 mins walk of everywhere. Manuel was very helpful when we arrived & throughout our stay.

We rented the apartment for a month and found it to be well located within walking distance of the mura, sights and shops. We enjoyed the terrace and lovely furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. there is a lovely Forno a block away where you can buy focaccia and cheese and basic foods as well as a small Conad supermarket.

Stayed for 3 weeks and Lucca is amazing- this villa is close to coffee shops, grocery store and so many AMAZING PLACES TO EAT - close to the train and buses - FYI, if mobility is an issue this is not the place to stay as it has 4 flights of stairs….but this leads to a fantastic outdoor balcony which was so great - the Lucca apartments service is A+ - my only concern is that it has 2 bedrooms BUT the second bedroom has a pull out couch/ bed which was not comfortable especially if you are staying with 4 people for a longer period - I would definitely stay here again though
The bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable for a 3 week stay
