HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No pets not allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors.
- Age requirement of 25 years or older
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property
- The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.
- Total of “14” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).
- There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest's names list form to fill out and sign.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors.
- Guest Manual provided in the property will go over additional instructions/rules to be followed.
- If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.

The home itself was very nice, with great rooms and a full kitchen. We chose this property specifically because it was advertised as having a hot tub, which was the one feature we were certain we wanted and was mentioned twice in the listing. Since it was winter, we planned to spend most of our time at the house enjoying the lake view, soaking in the hot tub, and playing games together.The downstairs was a great hangout area with a pool table and ping pong table; however, there was only one ping pong paddle available. Unfortunately, the home did not have a hot tub at all, which was a major disappointment for me and my guests.Overall, the house itself was nice, but the missing amenities made our stay far less enjoyable than expected. I would not have paid that much for a home that had the 1 amenity that we were looking for.

Home was beautiful with plenty of dishes, the icemaker was so great to have in the kitchen, multiple TVs all over the house, balcony was awesome to eat out on for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hot tub is a sitting area - not hot. Swimming pool was well maintained. We would love to stay here again! FYI, there is a restaurant nearby called Lost Creek Grill! Highly recommend if you are staying at the house. There was also a place next to Lost Creek Grill called The Daily Dish that we bought snacks, sides, salads and dessert, etc. We wish there were chains next to us in Dallas! Overall, we want to go back.
