Enclosed rear garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. Small and medium dogs are welcome. Dogs are not permitted upstairs (please use stair gate if required). Adjacent to the kitchen, there’s a convenient utility room and downstairs toilet. The spacious living room provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll discover a double bedroom and three single bedrooms. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle, ensuring comfort for everyone.
Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden offers a peaceful retreat with a lawned area and a large patio complete with seating. Bask in the sunshine or seek shade in the undercover barbeque area. Play table tennis or use the exercise bike.
Step outside onto the moors: dog walks, fishing, and bird watching await. A wide variety of rare birds can be found locally, including Bitterns, Marsh Harriers, Red Kites, and Long-Eared Owls. Nice village location but no local shops in walking distance. Plenty of country lanes to walk our dog. Family enjoyed visits to the sea side.
