About this villa rental
Villa Rozare is a beautiful, spacious property set in a peaceful rural landscape, just a few meters from the picturesque village of Lampini and about 4 km from Spili. Designed to host up to 12 guests, it is ideal for large families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and easy access to the surrounding area.
The villa is arranged over three levels:
Ground Floor:
A welcoming living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for shared meals, and a guest WC.
The kitchen includes all modern appliances—refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle—along with full sets of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
First Floor:
Three tastefully furnished bedrooms:
-Two bedrooms with double beds (one can accommodate an additional single bed for groups up to 12).
-One bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms on this floor include en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC.
Upper Floor – Independent Apartment:
A separate, self-contained apartment offering extra privacy. It features a kitchenette, a cozy living area and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with three single beds—plus a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
In total, 5 bedrooms and 260 m² of indoor space ensure comfort and flexibility for every group size.
Please note:
•Up to 7 guests: access is provided to the first two floors.
•For 8–12 guests: all three floors are available.
Outdoor Areas & Amenities:
Guests can enjoy the lush garden, outdoor furniture, and BBQ area—perfect for dining al fresco. The private swimming pool offers a refreshing escape surrounded by nature. On-site parking is also available for added convenience.
