The location is convenient for both the town of Kona and the beautiful beaches. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the local resident, Ruth, was very kind, making for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the sunset every day from our cute cottage, which was spacious enough for two people.

Had a great time. Really great place to stay. It’s really close to a lot of food and attractions, but is out of the way enough that you don’t feel like you are crammed in with other tourists.

It's a small but nicely kept back house. Wifi works well and the kitchen is adequately stocked. There is a large bed and a small bathroom that does feel a bit cramped. Its a short but not insignificant drive to Kona, although it's location is up the hill a bit and keeps this place a few degrees cooler which is nice. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the porch. Overall would recommend.

We had a great time at the pineapple cottage. Ruth and Buddy were great hosts! The place is clean and well managed. The bed is comfortable! Close to coffee, food and beaches but far enough from the business of Kona. Thanks so much for having us!
