We loved the home and location from the Jamaica Beach! Though we did notice some sections of home lights were not functional and tv remote was not working for upstairs tv, but host provided good communication and was prompt in responses. Overall, loved our 4th of July stay and would recommend staying again!

The property is beautiful! It is in a great location, it is part of a quiet neighborhood, and a five minute walk to the beach. I stayed here for my birthday weekend with some of my friends and family and everyone had a great time! One of my favorite things about the house is that it was very spacious and slept a good amount of people! I will say the garage room of the house did lack in cleanliness and there was a little bit of miscommunication in regards to how many people the house can host. I was under the impression house can host 12 people, but the host informed me a couple days before my stay that I could only have 10 people stay in the house. Thankfully, we worked something out and the host was able to accommodate my party of 11. I do recommend this property and if I make my way back to Jamaica Beach, I will try to stay here again!

We were in town for a family wedding on the beach just a couple of miles from this location. It is a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the wedding and only a few miles from the tourist area over in Galveston. We loved it!

We booked this place for 6 adults and 6 kids for a few nights in Jamaica Beach for spring break and it was perfect. Pros:- Location - A short walk to the beach and a relatively short drive to the sea wall for dinners although there are a few restaurants and a coffee shop near by that is within walking distance.- Cleanliness - The house was modern, clean, and fully stocked. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to make a quick breakfast and lunch at the house after the beach. There were plenty of dishware, cups, and even toddler dishware, dishwashing soap and pods, and laundry detergent pods.- House amentities - The TVs were already logged into the streaming services for us to put on a movie for the kids at night. I have stayed at other rentals where you have to provide your own login to stream so I thought this was nice.Cons:- The only con was the upstairs restroom started to have a sewage smell after the second day. It would come and go. I communicated this to the property manager, and they offered to send someone out for maintenance to address the issue. Since we only had one more night left, we opted for them to address the issue after check out. Other than that one con, this place was perfect. Our entire group enjoyed it and would definitely book again!
