Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 95 m² house near the beach in Saint-Lunaire, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 250 m² garden and 120 m² terrace.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, armchair, dining area and kitchen.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
- Separate WC.
Outside
- A beautiful, south-facing garden of approx. 250 m², not overlooked, surrounded by a hedge and shared with another rental property.
- A private terrace of 120 m² entirely covered with slate tiles, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the country air just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll see sheep and horses in the fields near the house. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities :
- Depending on the season, there's cycling, horse riding, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, yoga, jogging, great walks, longe côte, and tennis/padel.
- There are also plenty of places to visit, including Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cap Frehel, Fort Lalatte and Mont Saint Michel.
- You can also relax at the bowling alley, on the trampolines, in the cinema or on the tree adventure park.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park (2 vehicles of all types).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, 1 hour's drive away.
