This modern 2 bed, 1 Bath Cottage is on a street with almost no traffic. Walking distance to Lake Erie in the Avon Lake cottage district. Very peaceful, stylish and ready for your getaway!
This is a very modern and clean 2 bedroom cottage with nice size living room and kitchen. Kitchen has a small table for 2 and a counter for meals (up to 4 people). Each Bedroom has a Queen size bed. 1 modern full size bath.
There is almost zero traffic on this street except for the people that live in this cottage district. You can safely walk or ride your bike on the street. Very wooded with mature oak trees. Short drive to Huntington Beach and other areas of interest along Lake Erie on the west side of Cleveland. Also walking distance to several restaurants and pubs/taverns
Whole house rental includes Wifi, Cable TV, 3 Roku TVs (Living Room, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2). Washer & Dryer, Fully Functional Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Soda provided as well as many complimentary household items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, many convenient household products for short or long stays! All new Countertops, Flooring and Carpet in 2023.
Deep and wide driveway to accommodate boats or trailers. Guests do not have access to garage.

This was my husband and I's first experience using verbo and we couldn't be happier. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely thinking about using the same property the next time we come up to Ohio.
