Looking for the Downtown experience? You're less than a 20-minute drive to the Gaslamp Quarter, the city's cultural hub. Here, you've got a vibrant dining and bar scene, Little Italy, Seaport Village, the Maritime Museum, the USS Midway, and the San Diego Convention Center
along with other venues. For shopping, don't miss Plaza Bonita, or the Las Americas Premium Outlets for some great deals on name brand stores like Nike, Uggs, Under Armour, Vans, and SO many others!!
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around the rest of San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Although we provide self-check in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay! For the fastest response - pls message us through the Airbnb / VRBO app.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown—so it was super convenient to get around and explore. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and set up perfectly for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made it feel like home right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—definitely a 10/10 experience and we’d love to come back!

Amazing house, far more than we needed, but we did enjoy it very much! Close to many amenities, but just far enough off the busy streets to feel quiet and safe. My kids will remember playing hide and seek in this amazing house for the rest of their lives!
