Delightful, recently renovated apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, in an area ten minutes away from the city center, full of greenery and provided with services.
The house opens onto a bright living area with a balcony, and furnished with a sofa, a dining table, television and an American kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Next, the sleeping area which consists of a room with a queen-size bed, a mirror, a desk and a very spacious wardrobe.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower curtain completes the layout.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! This was a great apartment in a great location. Great pizza and gelato across the street and an easy bus ride to the center. Highly recommend.
