About this cabin rental
Enjoy the serenity of the woods from the back deck of this 70 acre home just steps away from a private 2-acre lake. This beautiful, spacious cabin is located 8 miles from Slippery Rock University and 13 miles from Grove City College and offers the perfect family retreat. Bring your fishing poles and hiking shoes and spend your time taking in the scenery. Outdoors you will find a lovely wraparound deck with plenty of seating and a patio space that includes a hot tub and outdoor shower. Other amenities include a fire pit, lake, canoe, DIRECTV cable, gas grill, and wifi.

All linens for bedding, towels, and washcloths are provided. Starter packs of paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Washer and dryer are available.
The home has a driveway that easily accommodates 3-5 vehicles.
SURROUNDING AREA: Slippery Rock University is 8 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants in town and the college campus. Moraine State Park, 20 miles from our home, offers many activities including hiking, swimming, and boating. If you enjoy shopping, Grove City outlets are only minutes from our home, shop until you drop then head back to the cabin for a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
*This home is located in the woods. With that comes all of the native creatures that live amongst us in the area. While we do our routine pest control, it is impossible to get rid of them all. There will be no refund for sightings of pests, insects, wildlife and other animals native for this area.
*If you have a fear of bugs or wildlife, this is not the rental for you.
*We require a signed rental agreement within 72 hours of reservation to avoid potential cancellation of your booking this will be sent to you by email.
*This home has exterior security cameras that record video 24 hours a day.
*a black lab has lived in the cabin for the past 15 years, although we are a pet free rental, there is a dog that stays there occasionally
