About this house rental
The house is modern and generously furnished. The large windows in the living room and kitchen provide a lot of light and offer a wonderful view of the lake.
From the garage and parking area, you can go up the stairs to the garden with a large terrace with dining table and lounge area.
There are two entrances: via the terrace into the kitchen or you go up another level via the external staircase to the left of the house and reach an entrance door with hallway to the bedrooms.
The spacious open living room with kitchen, dining table, fireplace and sofa corner has two large panoramic windows overlooking the lake with fantastic views and lots of light. The furnishings are modern but cosy and the decor well thought out. The kitchen with kitchen island is very well equipped, in the middle of the room is the large dining table. The living area is large with a couch, bookshelf and TV. From there the stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with sink, toilet/bidet and shower.
Upstairs, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms - the master bedroom with large picture window and lake view, another double bedroom and a single bedroom and a large bathroom with washbasin, WC/bidet and basin with shower. A separate entrance leads outside from the hallway.
Above the house is the conservatory, fully glazed with magnificent panoramic views, with bar, sports equipment, lounge furniture and dining set.
Your holiday home is situated in an inspiring hillside location with panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
On the living level is the large terrace with dining table set, a small garden with deck chairs and a lounge area.
To the side of the house, stairs lead up to the other entrance and into the large panoramic garden with conservatory.
The garden offers plenty of space to relax and play. The conservatory is furnished with a bar, dining table, lounge chairs and sports equipment and inspires with magnificent views.
Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long shore paths as well as good water sports facilities - about 1 km away.
The house has a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como and the mountains.
The high-tech furnishings have been thought out down to the last detail.
The winter garden is a real highlight and invites to a cosy get-together in any weather.
The stairs to the winter garden require increased supervision for small children.
The following services can be booked in addition:
- Pet 10 € per night
A security deposit of EUR 250.00 must be paid in cash on arrival, the deposit will be returned to you on departure.
There are two private garage parking spaces.
There is a charging station for electric cars, which you can use for an additional charge of €0.50/kWh.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Verde. The pictures do not do it justice. We have travelled a lot and this is definitely the most beautiful and relaxing place we have stayed. The view is absolutely spectacular and world class and it is in a area of the lake that has some of the best views. The property is very nice and very peaceful and very well appointed. It is nestled atop a smaller village on the lake so it is very quiet and pastoral and great for getting a feel for local life. There is also a good restaurant a short walk down the road on the lake which is very nice and authentic. Perhaps most importantly, Flavio was incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests and questions. He responded very quickly and addressed all of our needs. He actually went above and beyond expectations, as we left a watch on the property. He spent a great effort to locate it and arranged for it to be shipped backed to us. We can't thank him enough. I can't recommend this property enough, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful time at this holiday home. The view is breathtaking and the house itself is beautiful. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Flavio was always easy to reach and responded to our questions immediately – he’s a great host. The location is also very convenient, with the lake within walking distance. Our dog was also very happy about the spacious garden area.
