About this lodge
Spacious and comfortable house, full of historic charm, especially adapted to large families or groups of friends.
Very well connected to Paris with frequent suburban trains (less than 25 minutes by direct train from central Paris), it is the ideal place for enjoying some rest after a day in Paris.

The space
The house was built at the end of the 19th century, is full of character and historic cachet (it is listed as a heritage structure), with spacious and bright rooms, with 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 WCs, parking spaces and a garden .
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a table for 6 (8 if you open the extensions), with enough dishes and cutlery for 15 people, a large bright dining room that opens onto the garden, with a table and chairs for 10, a spacious living room, and a toilet.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a toilet.
On the 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with single bed and trundle bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, and a 3rd bedroom with single bed, as well as a small bathroom. The landing has been turned into a games room, with plenty of toys for all ages.
We also have 5 extra mattresses (+ pillows and duvets).
In the living room, a convertible couch can also be used if needed.
House linen is provided: we have enough bedding, sheets and towels for about 12 adults.
In the basement, there is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the summer, you can use our long garden table and chairs for your meals on the terrace.
The house contains hundreds of books in French and English for children, teenagers and adults, as well as a large collection of DVDs, card games and board games, so there'll be plenty of things to do on a rainy day or after a day's visit in Paris

You will have accesse to the whole house (except a small office space).

The house is set in a verdant garden with a large garden table for al fresco dining in the summer, a ping pong table, swings, and an XXL trampoline.

Perfect familyhouse! We stayed in the house with 2 families, 4 kids in the ages of 9-11 years. The house is cosy and spacious and the location is superb. Only a short walk to the supermarket, bakery and the train station. Within 20 minutes by train you are in the center of Paris.
Definitely a recommendation to stay.
