Unit we got was very high up and we struggled to get our luggage to the top

Very cosy apartment (#14) with a great size balcony which was the reason I booked the flat & it didn't disappoint !
Has almost everything you need :
Kitchenette with microwave + kettle + stove top + more than sufficient cutlery & crockery including wine glasses; and coffee powder ! The only thing missing was sugar & creamer lol A 2 person dining table beautifully laid out with cutlery.
Studio itself was kitted with wall mounted TV, WiFi, hairdryer, standing fan, iron & ironing board, a set of x 2 towels & soap. Has large windows & lots of light during the day. Sufficient wardrobe space for 2 people + plug points everywhere + a large bin as well.
It's well located on the main road with smooth entry into the property and within 5-15 mins walking distance of multiple bars, cafes, pubs, restaurants and a late night Tesco !
Very easy communication with Alastair via booking.com & WhatsApp messages.
Aside from some feedback which would enhance the guest experience - the studio flat was a fantastic getaway deal within the city !
✓ mention it's a 3 floor walk-up in description
✓ outside of flat entry should be more tidy (however I also booked over the long weekend)
✓ mattress was overall 8/10 however 1 side was a bit indented so not comfortable for the person on that side
✓ shower pressure was very low
✓ some additional hand towels + toilet paper would be handy
✓ standing fan was tilted/ wobbly mostly from wear & tear which is normal
