Quiet location, no noise at night
Water pressure was very very low (this was reported to the owners)
The cabin is in the front garden/driveway, merely metres away, from the owners property. This was not clear from the pictures.
Wi-Fi worked, but signal was poor and worked better at one end of the cabin (nearest the owners property)
