I spent a really great time in this apartment. For me the location was everything, and this place is honestly perfect. It’s literally about one meter from Monaco, very close to the elevators that go down to the luxury hotels, the beach and many restaurants. Bus stop is just nearby, very easy to move around.
The view from the window is beautiful, and the area is very calm and quiet. Around you are mostly Monaco residents, no tourists at all, which I really appreciated. I stayed before in other parts of the city, but I can say that only this area feels truly elite and peaceful.
If your goal is to be close to the beach, clubs, hotels and restaurants down below, this is the best choice. Casino is also easy to reach — about 10 minutes by bus, taxi or even by walking, not too far.
The fact that in 3 minutes by elevator you are already on Larvotto beach is pure luxury. Honestly, I didn’t need anything else except this location. Highly recommended if you value calm, comfort and perfect position.

I stayed in this apartment and honestly it was amazing. The view from the window is just wow, and the big terrace – I really enjoyed my mornings there. Location is super close to Monaco, like literally 1 meter away, so you just cross the street and you are in Monaco. That was incredible.
I was using the lifts and in just a few minutes I could be at Larvotto beach or in those nice seaside restaurants in Monaco. The area is really elite and very quiet, no tourist crowds around the house, very safe.
The host is wonderful, she replied to all my questions, helped me to call a taxi and even explained how to take the bus to the airport and where it stops.
It’s not my first time in Monaco and I can say this was the best apartment I stayed in, in terms of location and also feeling safe. I really felt like I was living in Monaco. Totally recommend!
