Очень старый скрепучий дом. Но зато аутентичный! Ванная пахнет плесенью и в коридоре строения тоже.

Flat is as advertised - large and nicely arranged, quiet. Bedroom is comfortable and clean.
There was a very bad sewage smell in the stairs and emanating from the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door helped, but still this needs fixed. The kitchen cookware was in very poor condition: heavily scratched "non-stick" pans and a pot with burn marks and damaged enamel. Replacement is needed.
