The host, Teodora, responded quickly. I think she's still new in the business and is still learning. But when you need something like a trash bin, a dishwashing sponge, or similar, she will deliver it very quickly. The room has a nice balcony. The sheets and towels are changed every 2-3 days.
The water heater is on the roof - it's solar. So there's no warm water when it's cloudy. Doors are old and noisy. Need to be lubricated or replaced. Has only basic kitchenware.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Theodora in Olympic Beach, Katerini. The accommodation was perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops.
The hosts Theodora were very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had an excellent time throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel at home and added a personal touch to our vacation.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Villa Theodora to anyone visiting Olympic Beach. We look forward to coming back again! 🌊✨
