For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 300 m from the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Public car park at 300 m, extra. Grocery 10 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 50 m. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski rental 100 m, ski school 200 m, ice rink 500 m. Please note: no lift.
