We had issues with checkin - the lockbox wasn’t working. In the instructions, it told us to contact the host via WhatsApp or calling. I did both, did not hear back for hours. I called VRBO, who called the host, who gave the same instructions and told us to call /WhatsApp directly with further issues, despite them not answering the first messages Turned out their instructions were incorrect (wrong lockbox). Neighborhood was a little rowdy and we felt quite out of place as a visitor.
