Welcome to The Rosemary Flat! A new construction ground-level apartment in St. Elmo, 10 min to downtown Chattanooga! You will be charmed by this cozy flat, snuggled up against the foot of Lookout Mtn with all it's attractions! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the best hiking trails less than 5 miles away! Stay in a friendly neighborhood that's walkable, bike-able, family friendly, close to everything and feels like home. Come stay at the Rosemary Flat and rest up for your Chattanooga adventure!
The space
The Rosemary Flat provides one private bedroom with a king bed and Jack & Jill bathroom.
We provide a full kitchen with everything you need to make meals during your stay. There is a comfy living room area with a queen sized sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests and a smart TV.
Find a cozy dining area in between the living area and kitchen near the lovely view of the homes garden.
Washer and dryer is provided in the kitchen area if you should need them.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench for those who need it. The shower head has a handheld function and the lavatory is amazing with a heated seat and a bidet!
You have a private ground level entrance with no stairs. The floors in the apartment are cork and soften the hard surface. There is a sweet patio set outdoors for you to enjoy the cozy backyard.
Your parking is several yards away in a gravel space inside the homes picket fence. There is room for just one average sized vehicle (small SUV or sedan) if you have an extended cab or larger vehicle please reach out to your hostess for other nearby options. Please no parking in the alley outside the fence, those spaces belong to the neighbors.
The backyard of Rosemary Flat enters onto the Virginia Avenue Greenway - which is an extension of the Riverwalk pedestrian and cycling friendly path that extends over 16 miles all the way to the Chickamauga Dam.
The Rosemary Flat is a ground level apartment that is part of the owner's family home. We provide all the tools necessary to create a peaceful and private environment. The family of four live full time in the home above.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment, the patio outside of the flat and parking in the gravel spaces inside the picket fence.
Other things to note
The access to the Rosemary Flat is through the alley behind the family home. The parking for the flat will be labeled and inside the picket fence. Parking outside of the fence belongs to their neighbor and her at home business. Please do not park outside of the fence unless your hostess directs you to park on the side streets.

The Wife and I needed a break from our 6-day trip to St. Augustine, FL. We decided on Chattanooga for breaking up the trip home. Went the Ruby Falls. Had a great time.

The house was just what we needed for 1 night and was close to our daughter’s house. VRBO contact host button was not working, but homeowner was there when we checked in, so no problem.
