Ausblick und Lage direkt am See waren super. In der Küche war alles, was man für vier Personen brauchte. Betreuerin war rund um die Uhr per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert (und zum Beispiel den Müll abholen lassen). Generell scheinen die Außenanlagen recht regelmäßig gereinigt worden zu sein. Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren prima.

Schlafcouch war sehr weich und hat bei jeder Drehung gequietscht. Schrank war für vier Personen recht klein, da nur eine Seite geöffnet war (die mit Kleiderstange). Die andere Seite war abgeschlossen (für Putzmittel etc.). Es gab noch einen Schubladenschrank.

Casa moderna dotata di tutti i comfort, in una zona molto tranquilla. Si raggiunge il lungolago a piedi. Situata al primo piano, ha un bel balcone per fare colazioni vista lago. E' presente una ampia piscina condominiale. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito vicino alla struttura, non molto ampio ma a giugno abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio. Aria condizionata con doppio split, regolabili separatamente.

Solo la gestione. Non viene accettato nessun tipo di carta e si pretende il pagamento in contanti. Solo dopo aver insistito parecchio sono riuscito ad avere un IBAN per effettuare un bonifico. Le comunicazioni avvengono con diverse persone (un po' tramite Booking e un po' via whatsapp) che però non si parlano tra di loro e a volte si contraddicono. Ci è stato detto che la piscina non era agibile e non abbiamo ricevuto novità in merito per tutta la settimana.

The apartment is very cozy. It is located with the beautiful view on the lake Iseo. Apartment has completely everything you need. The free parking is available near the apartment. It was very nice to have welcome drinks in the fridge( brut and water). It was really very nice stay for our family.

The only thing we faced when arrived, it was a heating system that didn’t work. But we understand we arrived 24/12 - when everybody was waiting for Christmas and the owners most probably did not switch on the heating system. When we came it was 9 degrees only in the apartment. But within 1 -2 hours we settled this problem, with a help of a manager on the phone( we switched on the heating boiler and even managed to fix the pressure;))) Of course if se we’re without my husband, it could be a disaster for me and small kids( woman can’t do it on her own) In the end we have solved this issue and the rest of our stay was simply great!
