Die Wohnung ist in der Anlage sehr ruhig gelegen. Dementsprechend weit oben, man darf sich also nicht über die Treppen beschweren. Zum Auto Be- und Entladen kann man aber (mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel) die Schranke öffnen und in die Anlage nach oben fahren. Trotzdem bleiben es noch einige Stufen bis zum Hauseingang. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock. Man ist weit weg vom Parkplatz, dadurch ist es an sich ruhig. WLAN war vorhanden, einige Kinderspiele und Bücher auch. Das kleine Hallenbad war prima. Alles war sehr sauber. Toller Ausblick.
Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten, vorallem das Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer sind sehr durchgelegen. In der Küche ist fast alles sehr abgenutzt. Das Nudelsieb war winzig, keine Kelle vorhanden, die beste Pfanne für Pfannkuchen hatte den Durchmesser eines Frühstückstellers. Selbst Öl, Backpapier und Müllbeutel mussten wir extra einkaufen.
