The view is stunning! If you travel as a group it is a much better option to stay in this villa rather than a hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine outside of the villa in the common area. 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds.
15 min walk to the railway station but very uphill.
While there are 2 toilets on each floor, the shower is factually only one (the one on the ground floor can hardly be used, uncomfortably placed). The door in the main bathroom is very noisy (old?) so everyone on the upper floor is awake if somebody is using a toilet at night. The staircase is not very convenient for elderly and kids, no railings.
The host is not very responsive: we were struggling to find a washing machine as it is outside and this is not mentioned in any instruction, and the host never responded to my text.

The view of the lake from the balcony.
The property is not properly maintained. Broken chair and door knobs. The second bathroom is very inconvenient and the toilet not properly flushing. The rubber hot tub outside was not working and very difficult to get to. Car parking space is very challenging and difficult to exit into the street. The villa is not conveniently located to downtown for walking.
