The location was fantastic. It’s in the heart of charming St. Remy and just a short walk to parking and grocery store. The sunroom on the top floor had a beautiful view of the village rooftops and mountains in the background and was a perfect end of day place to relax. We stayed a few days so laundry, dishwasher and kitchen were thatcher appreciated.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. I read about the stairs and they weren’t a problem for us. Nor were the keys (they were tricky to figure out at first but not a problem). The toilet area was unusual but also not a problem. All added to the character of the place and we would love to have stayed even longer.

La posizione è praticamente perfetta, centralissima e vicina ai luoghi di interesse, inoltre a pochi minuti a piedi si trova un parcheggio pubblico gratuito molto capiente. L’appartamento è molto comodo e spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutto ciò che serve, compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice (comodissime per un soggiorno più lungo). All’ultimo piano si trova una veranda luminosa e con una vista bellissima sulla città, veramente affascinante
Il bagno del secondo piano probabilmente avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione. L’host non lo abbiamo mai visto né sentito, solo messaggi, tra l’altro esclusivamente in francese (lingua che non padroneggio) per cui io gli ho scritto sempre in inglese e ha risposto sempre in francese…

free parking place-parking liberation-was within 10 minutes walking/ could find detailed beauty touches for the facilities e.g. cups, mirrors, radio, etc./ we liked the view from the terrasse on the second floor i.e. the bell tower of the eglise, sunrise, and sunset./ communication with the host was easy and experienced prompt answers from the host Yannick.
the light in the living room on the ground floor should be a little brighter for better reading books and writing.

The location was excellent in Saint Remy. Close to breakfast locations and weekly market. Easy to get to the other Provence towns. Washer and dryer a plus for long stays. Hosts were very pleasant and
Provided a secure parking space- just make sure you note it location. Price is good for the area.
The stairs are very difficult for managing large bags and older people with arthritis. Not recommended for people who have some disabilities or health conditions. The upper floor has a bathroom with limited functions.
The historical building has a strange odor on the 1st floor but it is probably due to the age.
