The property was beautiful, spacious and clean, it was close by to all the restaurants and shops. Within the property there was an iron, hairdryer and hair straighteners available as well as kitchen facilities. When we arrived the host filled the fridge with juice, water and milk, and cereals. Tea and coffee was available too. Lovely finishing touches. Thank you for a lovely stay
The stairs was a bit of a trek, if you have Respiratory or a mobility disability then this Penthouse wouldn’t be ideal

Excellent property, perfect location right on royal mile, really clean and the host left fresh food & milk for our arrival which was very much appreciated. Accommodated our large group of 12 perfectly
There’s nothing I disliked. As long as you’re fit and able to climb the stairs, it’s perfect

Location was perfect, right on the royal mile. Facilities were great - lots of small things like- teabags, coffee, lots of towels. Beds were comfy.
Host was friendly and quick to respond to messages if you needed anything, would 100% stay here again.
The spiral stairway within the property is very steep and small. The futon is just a mattress.
