A staff member called Malek was very good at his job and very helpful
The Key Situation. I do not appreciate having to go to the train station to receive the key to get into the apartment. Secondly, it would be nice to know that others would be joining the address. Lastly, there were people arriving very late and then proceeded to be very loud and boisterous after checking in with no regard for the other people in that place. Just saying.

Position, building.
Bit dusty, neglected (especially on the outside - after winter), heavy sewage smell in the room (easy to air in 5 min). Terrible communications with admin staff. Almost rude, late replying, gad to go 2.5 km to collect the key.
