Casa Rural Lomillas de Canca

The location of the villa, up on the hill, was amazing: unoverlooked and private with fantastic views and terrace. Felt special. We loved the spiral drive up to the house. The pool was brilliant - easily big enough for our large family to have lots of fun and deep enough to dive and jump in. Villa was well equipped with everything we could have needed and more - from a great coffee machine to inflatables for the pool and we found it to be very comfortable and clean throughout. The hosts were super friendly and had great communication - really had thought of everything. They showed us around, but then left us to enjoy our break, though we could always send a message if we needed to. So long as you don't mind driving to places, this villa is perfect. There are small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the village opposite or in Alora (about 2km), a 5 minute drive. It is about 30 mins from the airport. We did a few trips all within an hour's drive, to Marbella and Antequera. The Caminito del Rey is only about half an hour drive too! Didn't want to come home. Highly recommend, would definitely return.
