Puikiai įrengtas gyvenamasis plotas su patogiais baldais ir reikalinga buitinė technika.
Kartais trūksta auto parkavimo vietų. Reikalinga vonios grindų pavalymui bent jau maža šluostė. Išėjus iš dušo būna vandens nubėgimų ant vonios grindų.

Beveik viskas patiko: gera lokacija, salia parduotuve, stotele, prekybcentris :) kavos, arbatos, cukraus ir druskos palikta :) nemokamas wifi, jaukus interjeras :)
Kanalizacijos kvapas labai gadino viesnage. Ypac jauciasi, kai atidarai wc duris, Taip pat yra skyle sienoje ir truko pleduko,

Kuchnia była funkcjonalna, w łazience wszystko działało, nie było za zimno ani za ciepło, łatwo się było dostać do pokoju
Pościel i ręczniki źle pachniały, łóżko było bardzo niewygodne (z jednej strony się zapadało bardzo), komplet kosmetyków oferowany w opisie okazał się być tylko mydłem, w pokoju było dosyć głośno (z ulicy) i ludzie przechodzili często za oknem, które musiało być otwarte bo robiło się za duszno, drzwi nie miały wyraźnego zamka od wewnątrz, tylko mała zasuwkę i nigdy nie byłam pewna czy są zamknięte
