It’s a beautiful little place in the heart of Brighton. Found everything that I was looking for and was really grateful for the very friendly hosts that helped me out with some things needed.
The bed is very comfy, the internet fast and you can nearly walk everywhere by foot.
It’s a thing to not be able to open a window and let fresh air in, yet, the air in the place is fresh due some kind of special air conditioner.

Breakfast was not included.
The location was excellent for getting around and close to relatives I was visiting. However the street was busy and I didn't sleep all that well as a result.
I would look for something on a quieter street next time.
