l emplacement est top pour prendre le RER A et visiter Paris la salle de bain est neuve atypique,sol et mur pas droit ,très original
le comptoir avec 2 tabourets haut pour manger pas très confortable,2 fauteuils vintage pas confortable et pas prévu pour se détendre apres une journée de visite,

Impeccable propreté , lieu aménagé avec goût, confort de la literie.Situation au coeur du centre ville.Accès sécurisé (grille et porte )La variété des livres en rayon est intéressante pour qui ne souhaite pas regarder la TV.
Petites remarques à faire au propriétaire : L e micro onde est peut-être situé un peu trop haut et l'ouverture de porte se fait vers la personne .Les tomettes sont superbes mais leur émiettement posera problème à l'avenir (à qui marche en chaussettes )

Emplacement Caractère de l'appartement
L'obligation d'une caution de 500 euros, qui m'a valu de rester 45 assise parterre devant la porte. En entrant, je découvre un appartement non nettoyé : draps sales parterre, serviettes de bain aussi souillées parterre. Sac poubelle rempli de bouteilles vides... Ce n'est qu'après 21h, que j'ai pu prendre possession de l'appartement ! Très contrariant pour un déplacement professionnel ! Devoir enlever soi-même les draps quand on paie des frais de ménage, c'est surprenant !
