The condo was great, and I so appreciate the extra space in the bedroom. There was actual space to store your luggage. The host provided exceptional service. The coffee pot didn't work. When I brought that to their attention, it was replaced within hours. That was impressive, and I would book this unit again the next time we go to Bella Vista.

Very well kept! Bed was a little uncomfortable and the downstairs toilet kept not wanting to flush and you had to mess with the system behind the toilet to get it to flush. Other than that, fanastic spot!

This condo worked out very well for our family of 5. It was super clean and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in (and I’m picky). The quality of the sheets and towels were top notch as well! I loved that they had fans in the bedrooms, as we forgot our boxed fans we usually travel with. The extra blankets they provided were so soft and great for covering up with when relaxing. The pool was great for our two younger kids. We only had to pay 8 for the kids to swim. Most places make the adults supervising the kids pay as well. We traveled to Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville a ton during our stay and the condo was a great distance for anywhere we wanted to visit. It seemed to be a quiet area. We saw very few people and never heard any noise from anyone but our own children. We also loved the covered parking garage right in front of the unit. The only things that we thought could be improved upon: the couch was not comfortable to sit on as a family for relaxing, which I think was due to it being a sleeper sofa.( It was sunken in.) The dishes were so nice that we were afraid to let our kids use them, so maybe some kid friendly options would be nice. The water pressure wasn’t great, so plan for longer showers. None of these things would keep us from coming back or keep me from giving this place 5 stars. It was really, really nice for the price we paid!

Two beds two baths but unless you want to climb 15 steep steps up to second bedroom I don’t recommend. Pool is not by property, it’s a good bit away from condo, and it was closed, and we were not notified of this. Sleeper sofa was broken down, and not usable, and no extra sheets even if it were. The cabinets in kitchen were not clean. Above and below need to be cleaned and wiped out. Trash receptacle was nearly full, had to borrow neighbors receptacle. Beautiful condo otherwise, but not a very relaxing setting. Especially due to the steep stairs and no pool. I would not recommend this condo for more than a single couple and be sure to ask if the pool is working.
