Residence from 1963 renovated in 2019. Single-storey apartment completely renovated in 2019 on the 3rd floor (elevator): kitchen-living room (1 sofa bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom with a window on the second day (1 double bed in 140x190 cm) and 1 sleeping area (2 single folding bunk beds in 80x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Balcony-terrace of 10 m2. Ski locker. Sheets + bathroom linen kit at €20/person. Whether you are looking for wide open spaces, gourmet addresses, sporting challenges, adventure, relaxation, meetings... Courchevel has it all. The apartment is located in a quiet private residence, overlooking an interior courtyard and the slopes. In the heart of Courchevel 1650, enjoy a comfortable pied-à-terre just steps from the shops and the Ariondaz cable car. It offers a small, functional cocoon with unobstructed views of the ski area, in this renowned resort that needs no introduction. The little wellness bonus of staying in Courchevel Moriond: the Aquamotion water park and its multitude of activities.

Was met by the host who showed us around this lovely, clean, comfortable apartment. The apartment is right in the middle of 1650, close to shops, bars, restaurants and everything needed. The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by a very efficient lift, access to the ski area is via the 7th floor, just a very short distance to the ski lift. The apartment had everything we needed eg salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, cleaning products etc. very well equipped, cosy and warm. Would definitely return to this apartment if we visit Courcheval 1650 again

The property is in an ideal location for everything - ski in/ski out just next to the Ariondaz lift. Shops, bars and restaurants all 2 minutes walk. Property is well equipped with everything you need. It is compact but modern and has a very new feel to it. Overall, excellent.
