Typical 19th century country farm renovated 300m from the slopes of Sainte Foy resort (direct return to the chalet possible on skis). Very good comfort. Warm mountain and contemporary character. South-west facing balcony. Sumptuous panorama on the massif and the valley. Gite in a family house located on 2 levels. 1st floor (independent access from outside): living room-kitchen with lounge area, laundry room with electric shoe dryer, separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with TV each (1 double bed / 1 double bed), a mezzanine with empty space in the living room (1 sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Balcony and terrace. Possibility to rent the cottage 73G2332139 located on the ground floor of the house (belonging to the family) Ideally located at the foot of the Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise ski area, 300m from the slopes (direct return to the chalet possible on skis). In the heart of the famous Haute-Tarentaise valley on the Italian border, at the gates of the Vanoise Natural Park. Many world-famous ski areas nearby: Villaroger/les Arcs/Paradiski area 8 km (one of the largest ski area in the world with 430 km of slopes), Tignes/Espace Killy 12 km, Val d'Isère/Espace Killy 21 km, Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 18 km. Privileged location for skiing in winter and summer. Many mythical passes! Sumptuous panorama and landscapes! Ideal for a "snow and great skiing" stay!

Great location for the village and the slopes, very clean and tidy. Lovely mountain views. Easy check in. Disappointed we weren't allowed to use the fire as having a fire was one of the things that drew us to the property, but it definitely wasnt cold and wouldn't stop us returning. Also no wi-fi, not the end of the world but expected in this day and age. Overall would definitely recommend this property
