Ground floor (access via an external staircase from the car park): entrance hall, 1 family bedroom (2 bunk beds, 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) and private bathroom (shower and bath), a bedroom with balcony (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) and private bathroom, a bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) and private bathroom. 1st floor: living room, kitchen, lounge with fireplace, sauna. 2nd floor: large dormitory bedroom in the attic with a space for children (games, books, stuffed animals, etc.) and private bathroom. 3 independent WCs on each floor. Private parking with 5 spaces. Possibility of parking motorcycles in the owner's garage. Charging station for electric vehicles (additional charge, see terms and conditions with the owner). It is a hamlet on the heights of Albertville where Marc and Jocelyne have succumbed to the charm of an old farm to make it a cozy and warm nest. For cycling enthusiasts, valleys with large passes are nearby and offer major challenges with their winding mountain roads. The Seythenex cave, 26 km away, is a unique experience to discover. The Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park and the Vanoise National Park are ideal for hiking, with a multitude of accessible trails.
