Charming air-conditioned villa 120 m2 with veranda and shaded garden, all comforts, ideal for families, in a quiet but central area with quick access to essential shops, (less than 500 meters) and to the surrounding municipalities (radius of 30 km from Toulon- motorways nearby): Hyères, Porquerolles, Bandol, Sanary, Le Castellet...
You like the beaches and the sea: (about 15 minutes by car): Toulon: Le Mourillon (swiming and kayaking), Le Pradet: The Garonne and its golden sand, the Oursinières and its small port, suitable for families, boat and kayak excursions. La Garde: its small beaches and coves: Magaud, San Peyre,
You are rather sporty: go to the municipal swimming pool or the ice rink a 10-minute walk... ride a bike on the bike path 20 meters from the villa
Do you like to play? In La Garde: golf, bowling, escape game, trampoline-park, shopping or having fun? 2 large shopping centers "AVENUE 83" with shops and Pathé cinema 16 rooms and "GRAND VAR", shops, restaurants...
Walkers and walkers will take the coastal path or visit Toulon, its port and the old town, will be seduced by the exceptional and emblematic ascent of Mount Faron by cable car and enjoy the view of the most beautiful ray in Europe, without forgetting to visit its zoo or the memorial of the landing in Provence...
