Les Remparts de Dinan . f3 intramuros. avec wifi

Idéalement situé, très bien équipé et joliment décoré

Logement très mal insonorisé ( normal c'est d'époque), très peu de pression pour l'eau et un escalier qui peut être difficile pour les personnes ayant des soucis à se déplacer. Un rideau dans la salle de bain serait nécessaire pour éviter le vis-à-vis.

El apartamento está situado en el corazón de la ciudad, en una calle peatonal muy animada y con varias opciones de parking cerca, lo que resulta muy práctico. Es confortable, luminoso y reformado, aunque con algunos signos de uso. Como puntos a tener en cuenta: se encuentra en un 4º piso sin ascensor, con escaleras antiguas y estrechas, lo que puede complicar subir equipaje voluminoso o pesado, y la ducha, aunque suficiente, no tiene demasiada presión.

Lo que no me gustó fue recibir un mensaje del anfitrión con condiciones de Airbnb sobre la limpieza, diferentes a las de Booking, algo que parece habitual según otras reseñas, y además no respondió a mis mensajes durante la estancia.

L’appartement est localisé dans le quartier historique. C’est très vivant. Et on apprécie aussi le matin quand on part en balade car les rues sont vides. L’architecture est à nous seul. Apparemment confortable pour une famille de 4. Bonne prestation. Dinan étant en retrait, on accède facilement à différents sites rapidement sur toute la côte.

Les escaliers assez raides jusqu’au 4eme étage. Mais c’est aussi le prix à payer pour la vue. La pression de la douche. Trop faible!!!

The location was amazing. The old, wooden, steps of the long windy stairs added to the fun of being in a medieval village. We were on a central street, with great restaurants. There was no night time noise, the beds were very comfortable, large, and bedding and towels was good. Couch also comfy and TV worked perfectly. Bedroom windows are small, but they Open , and can create a breeze with front window open. There was also a fan. The bedroom windows had fitted blackout blinds, which were perfect. The facilities all worked fine, although we didn't cook much, and had everything you might need. There's also a cotbed you can fold out - but I wd probably not risk a baby or toddler here due to the stairs, especially at the top where there's a gap on the side where a banister should be. There is a carrefour 6min walk for ordinary groceries and a boulangerie 3min walk.

Bedding provided but beds not made. Cleaning fee was optional, only advised by message, not included in fee (60euros) so felt under pressure to have it cleaned before leaving. Flat above did the same the day before, and this was noisy! The shower smelt truly awful and we had to air out for a long period of time to get rid of the smell! This began after using the shower - until then it smelt good. We also had a few mosquitoes come in the windows - not fault of owner, but just to advise.
