Très bon emplacement. L’appartement bien équipé.

bon emplacement ,au calme et a proximité de très beaux villages et domaines viticoles

le clic clac faisant office de canapé est incomfortable et défectueux. concernant le lit,le sommier a lattes n'est pas fixé en tete de lit et certaines lattes bougent.

lockbox was convenient for late hours (little to no effect since we were given the wrong code anyway), the apartment itself was well made, just poorly maintained. air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher helped. owner brought us a baby cot, despite it not being included. Even so, after requesting a mattress for said cot, I was asked if I paid for this service or if the concierge told me I could receive a cot, the latter being the case, I answered as such. even if we did get help, we were made to feel as if we were being done a favor.

we were redirected to a concierge service rep for the property that had given us all the details to access the property, they were, however, wrong (lockbox code was not correct). we called both the concierge and the owner over and over again for almost an hour, this was happening around 2 AM in the middle of the night, while waiting outside, in the car, with an 8 month old to get access to the property. we notified them that we'd arrive late. the apartment was not cleaned before we came, there were cobwebs, the floor was not clean, bathroom still had some packaging from cosmetic products in it, it smelled as if someone had smoked in the living room. we had requested the appartment to be cleaned up on Saturday, however, it only happened 2 days later.
