About this apartment rental
This is a stunning apartment of 125 sq.m. Its decoration is modern, built around some vintage Art Deco furniture from the 30s.
It is located right at the back entrance of the Acropolis Museum, and less than 100 meters away from Dionysiou Areopagitou street and the Acropolis metro station.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms:
The Green room with a double bed and a private bathroom.
The Purple room with two single beds that can easily become a second double bed.
The Blue room with a single bed that hides another pull out single bed with quality mattress.
In the living-room, there is a sofa with a pull out bed that can host two people.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
From the spacious living-room, from the dining room and from the Green room, you can access the front (east) balcony with a view of the Acropolis museum and a partial view of the Acropolis rock.
There is one more balcony in the other side of the apartment, in front of the Blue room and the Purple room (west), facing the yards of typical old Athenian houses.
You can also request the access of our roof garden (6pm - 8pm) with a great view of the Acropolis and the city of Athens.
Up there you can have your coffee or a glass of wine under the Athenian sky, enjoying the spectacular view of the Acropolis!
Please note, though, that you are kindly requested to strictly obey the quiet - siesta hours and the rules for keeping the roof area clean and proper.
The apartment has a fast Wi-Fi connection, a 32HD led TV with a web browser and air-condition units in every room.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was exactly what we wanted for our girl trip. We were an easy walk to all the major sites. Our host was super easy to communicate with. And watching the sun set over the acropolis up on the rooftop will probably always be one of my favorite memories.

Apartment was a great place to start our girls (6) trip before taking a cruise. Unit was clean and as described. Location was fantastic! Located only a couple blocks from the Acropolis and great dinning options. There are some steps and a very small elevator to work around but these were not an issue for our group. George and group were great to communicate with and we utilized their services for both airport and cruise port transportation. My only recommendation for an enhancement to our stay would be wash cloths and hand towels but I also know those are both very “American” conveniences. Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a larger group.

2 stars for the kitchen that is dated, without a functional oven or dishwasher or enough dishes for 8 people, also for malfunction clothes washer and cluttered closets.l, and not enough charrs for 8 people.the
