We loved the location and the view of the marina from the window. After long walks around Fethiye and the surrounding area, we loved returning to our room and sitting in front of the large window with a cup of tea or coffee.
The finishing could use some repairs here and there, but these are minor issues that don't lower the rating.

Super location, directly across from the entrance to the pier for the ferry, and awesome water view. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy walking distance to the center of "old" Fethiye with loads of shops and restaurants.
Kitchen facilities were not extensive (no stove or cooking hob) for anyone wanting to do their own cooking.

The apartment was simple and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located at the end of the harbour. Approx 10 mins walk from the market. The views from the apartment were lovely, really nice surprise to wake up to as we arrived in the night so didn’t see anything when we came in.
The apartment has lots of stairs and was located on the 4th floor. It has a tiny shuttle lift which can fit 2 people. We had a buggy and two small kids so we always had to go separately. The access to the lift also has stairs so that made it hard either the kids and buggy. Breakfast was not included. The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge freezer and lots of cutlery. Washing machine in the bathroom and powder was provided. Wardrobe in the hallway which was spacious. Living room was spacious and the dining table was handy too. The staff were ok, nothing special not easy to reach. WiFi did not work for us while we were there.

Made it hard to access the lift and the lift was tiny. Staff were hard to reach. Would be a bonus if there was a microwave or cooker something to reheat food.
