Everything. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful. Cottages are so welll kept and clean and maintained. Safe parking. Gorgeous big clean pool. Lovely bar area. Definitely recommend to next travellers

It’s a must go if you stop by Balian. The place is extremely authentic, very well curated and clean.

Typical beach huts with semi-outside bathroom. Very clean.
Very warm welcome with personal greeting and fruit and the owner helped us with transportation to next destination.
Walk to the beach is not too far.
Please note that Grab bookings aren’t possible in this area!!
The main issue that really bothered me was seeing the owner burn large amounts of plastic rubbish right next to our hut in the bushes. This is not okay — it’s extremely harmful to the environment, toxic to breathe, and unpleasant for guests and locals.
I advise the owner to help establish a proper waste management system within the local community. We all need to do our part to address the global waste problem...

Location was great
The AC barely worked so we couldn’t sleep, felt lile 28 degrees in the room at night, we got bitten by bed bugs, the bed sheet is made from polyester so was really hot, the sheets didnt smell clean, the floor felt sticky, the shower had really uncomfortable big round stones on which you had to stand,
