L’agencement de l’appartement est très bien pensé C’est très agréable d’avoir un accès au petit jardin !
L’appartement n’a pas une bonne isolation phonique. Dès qu’une personne utilisait les escaliers ou la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble pour accéder à leur logement, on entendait tout même à l’autre bout de l’appartement. Ainsi que le passage des voitures dans la rue même les fenêtres fermés on entendait beaucoup.

gentille attention avec bouteille d'eau et café, facilité pour se garer, restauration a proximité, proche de l'autoroute
pas de poubelle de recyclage dehors juste des poubelles qui débordaient j'ai préféré laisser ma poche de recyclage dans le logement

Appartement entièrement refait , propre et bien décoré. L’arrivée autonome est pratique et le logement a du charme.
Aucune insonorisation : on entend tout, voisins qui marche, qui parlent, porte d’entrée commune et bruit de la rue. Il n’y a aucune porte pour isoler la chambre du séjour et du bruit extérieur, ce qui rend le sommeil très difficile. Pour 4 personnes, la vaisselle est insuffisante et il n’y a que 3 chaises.
